Refund policy

All products in the MundusGate Library are digital editions. Nothing is posted to you, so there are no physical returns.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel an order for digital content and get a refund.

When you buy, we ask you to agree to two things:

1. You want us to deliver the download straight away.
2. You understand that once the download starts, you lose your right to cancel.

If you agree, the cancellation right ends once your download begins. If you don't agree, we hold delivery until the 14 days are up.

Faulty or wrong files

None of the above affects your legal rights. If a file is corrupted, won't open, or isn't what we described, email us and we will send a working copy. If we can't fix it, we will refund you.

How to ask

Email support@mundusgateai.com with your order number and a short note about the problem. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few days to show them.
